Life: Made Some Pizza…

Then got some toppings. Including Ham, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Spinach, and cheeses.

Now to making the dough. I followed this recipe and found it to be light, fluffy, on the inside, and with a little crunch around the edges.

Ingredients:
375ml (1 1/2 cups) warm water
2 teaspoons (7g/1 sachet) dried yeast
Pinch of caster sugar
600g (4 cups) plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil, plus extra for brushing

Start by adding the Yeast & Sugar to warm water.

Add the dry ingredients together in bowl, making a well in the middle.

Cut the Yeast mix, and Flour mix together.

Flour some bench…

Knead that dough…

Put somewhere warm to rise… (note: I didn’t turn the oven on, it just seemed out of the way)

After 40-50 minutes, they have risen, light, and fluffy!

Flatten out in oiled pans to make bases. I made mine quite think, but recipe will make 3 thinner bases.

Slab, got the garlic butter treatment, and cheese, others are standard tomato base.
